 Only health (physical, mental and spiritual) can lead to true happiness, and I will give you some useful healthy tips that can help us in strengthening health and prolonging life.

  Never be lazy. Take at least 15 minutes for yoga and exercises for the stomach. Only daily exercise can help you in ensuring health and long life. Just 15 minutes a day will save you from medicines and other devices. Be calm and happy while exercising. It will grant you health, beauty and long life.

  Breathe deeply of fresh air for at least 20 minutes in the morning and evening.

  Drink clean water without fluorine or filter the tap water. Best is natural, spring, not bottled water. Leave the water in the sun for several hours in a glass and clear bottle to soak solar energy. Do not leave at night.

  Sleep from 10 am until 2 o'clock in the morning - because then the body produces healing hormones. Follow the rhythm of the sun.

  No exercise, no food! It should become your life motto!

  Eat slowly and do not drink water during the meal. You can turn off thirst one hour after eating, and it is best to drink before meals.

  Base the nutrition on fresh fruit, vegetables and eat muesli.If you eat cooked vegetables, then eat twice as much fresh fruit.

  Do not eat fried, too much boiled, hot and cold food.

  Avoid industrial food, especially soups or spices containing Mono Sodium Glutamate (which is found in almost every industrial food), use sea salt and natural oil.

  Avoid dietary products containing artificial sweeteners.

  Avoid alcohol, coffee, gum, food or drinks from cans.

  After eating, slowly move back and forth while massaging the belly with your hand. This will afford a good digestion and proper working of the intestines.

  Be positive and always keep smiling, it will stimulate the secretion of healing hormones, not think and talked negatively about yourself or others because your subconscious follows your thoughts. Behave as a healthy person.

  When we forgive, we get relieved from hatred and anger that affect the secretion of negative hormones that damage our health, with the forgiveness to others – we help ourself.

Recipe for good digestion:

1. Mix 100 g butter, honey, cocoa powder and two tablespoons of freshly squeezed juice of aloe.
2. Place the mixture in refrigerator for a while to tighten.3. Roll the mixture, and every day before meals, cut a piece of the size of a spoon and eat it.

  This conversation with my dear friend that I had not seen her in a while intrigued me and made me do a deeper study of this I am free to call miraculous drink which you can read below. 
  To start I am sure my curious readers will have several questions like what is kefir? What are its health benefits? How it can help with weightloss?

  Kefir originated in the Caucasus Mountains of centuries ago. The word "kefir" derives from the Turkish word "keif", which literally translates as "good feeling" after a cup!
  So what exactly is it? Kefir is a complex symbiosis of more than 30 microflora, which form grain structure of proteins, lipids and sugars.
  Kefir is a drink with a creamy and slightly bitter taste of yoghurt, which is in fact the fermented milk contains calcium, protein, phosphorus, magnesium, and vitamins A, B2, B12, C and E. But the most important thing it contain and that I think is very important are enzymes and "probiotics" that relate to microbes that are "beneficial for life."

Kefir is much healthier than your favorite yogurt because yogurt has only one or two types of probiotics, while casual drink from kefir has 10 or more.

  While most people think that if you reduce your intake of milk daily it can reduce your weight, a study conducted by the University of Tennessee  argues that the daily consumption of 3 to 4 servings of dairy products can actually help you lose some weight. Kefir is a fermented milk with added calcium as one of his content. According to the survey, more calcium from food have in your cells, the more fat is burned than stored and kept.

So the 5 steps that show you how to lose weight with kefir are...

First, switch to a healthy kefir diet which will not only reduce weight but also will improve your health. Drink kefir every morning for breakfast. Use kefir as your regular milk and so you can mix some fruits - banana, peaches, mango or melon - with milk from kefir to make a smoothie.

This excludes nearly all possible side effects. Just buy kefir with low-fat or fat-free.

  There are different types of kefir that can be purchased at health food stores: plain kefir, fat-free, kefir from cow or goat milk and so on. You also can buy only kefir grains, so you can make your own power drink for home consumption or drink with your favorite fruit or taste. 
 There are two types of kefir grains, milk and water kefir grains. You can make healthy kefir drinks using water kefir grains, which are also called tibicos, California bees (called by many people) or Japanese water crystals.

Third, since kefir is really healthy drink, you still need to watch how many calories you enter with kefir. When trying to reduce some weight using any type of drink or nutritious smoothie, you still need to watch the calorie intake and regular exercise. Purchase the correct type of kefir for the intended purpose, such as to lose weight. There are about 87 calories in 3/4 cup of kefir. A glass kefir may contain 110 calories.

  You might also want to know how many carbohydrates are necessary with kefir. A serving of 240 grams should contain only about 12 grams of carbohydrates, 11 grams of protein and 2 grams of fat.

  I know, counting calories is like a taboo for a normal person (like me), so I would like to paraphrase something that would sound normal... "Controlled serving." That's how you should know when it's enough to control yourself.
