  Prepare: 3 tablespoons of gelatin, 3 tablespoons of honey, 1/3 cup of coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon coconut flour.
  In a small saucepan at the low temperature combine these ingredients except coconut flour. Wait for the mixture to be smooth, add the coconut flour, stir and fill the silicone molds with a spoon. Then place in freezer for five minutes.
